Apply for funding
Do you have a game-changing idea for a football project with your school or community?
If you’re successful, The Huracan Foundation will provide:
Funding (a grant of up to US$2000 and Huracan branded clothing and equipment)
Access to our community (the opportunity to be part of a growing and thriving global community of early-stage football projects across the Teach For All network)
Training and mentoring, including:
An invitation to our annual Kick Off Week training event – to be held online in November 2025
Access to The Huracan Academy - a Google Classroom e-learning platform
Tailored football coaching training
Applications will be rigorously assessed, and funding will be awarded based on your projected ability to deliver impact and both solve social challenges and improve children’s academic performance using football as a catalyst for change.
The funding provided should be seen as seed funding for an early-stage project and the Foundation is particularly looking to work with teachers who have a clear idea on how their project can grow and become self-funding in the longer term.
